1. What types of artwork do you offer?
I offer original hand-crafted textured paintings and custom commissions. Each piece is unique, with no variations, ensuring that what you see in the product images is exactly what you will receive.
2. How do I know if the painting will fit?
If you're unsure if a painting will fit your space, try using masking tape to mark the dimensions on your wall where you intend to hang the artwork to gauge how it'll look in your room.
2. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply select the artwork you want from my online store, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. For custom commissions, please contact me through the request form on our website, and I will respond as soon as possible to discuss your requirements.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
- Original Paintings: Orders for original paintings are processed within 48 hours and shipped within 5-10 business days.
- Custom Commissions: Custom paintings take between 2 to 8 weeks to complete, depending on my current workload. I will provide you with an estimated delivery time once the details of your commission are confirmed.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. For custom commissions, a 50% deposit is required before I start the work, with the balance due upon completion.
5. Can I return a painting if I change my mind?
Yes, I offer a 14-day return policy for original paintings. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note that custom commissions are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect. For more details, please refer to my Return Policy.
6. What should I do if my painting arrives damaged?
If your painting arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at alittletextured@gmail.com with photos of the damaged painting and packaging. I will arrange a return and issue a full refund or replacement.
7. How do I care for my painting?
To ensure your painting remains in excellent condition:
- Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity.
- Dust the surface gently with a soft, dry brush.
- Handle with care. Avoid pressing the surface or the back of the canvas.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. Please check the shipping details at checkout or contact me for more information.
