Return & Refund Policy

I hope you are delighted with your purchase from A Little Textured. However, if you are not satisfied or simply change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return the product.

1. Right of Withdrawal

  • EU & Nordic Countries: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
  • Other Countries: For purchases outside the EU and Nordic countries, the withdrawal period is 7 days from receipt.
  • Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or commissioned artworks unless they show damage caused by transport or defects. 

If you have ordered several items in one order that are delivered individually, the withdraw period starts from the day you receive the last item.

How to Execute Your Right of Withdrawal:

  • Notify me via email at alittletextured@gmail.com within the 14-day withdraw period.
  • Provide your receipt or proof of purchase, the item(s) you wish to return, and any relevant details.
  • Await my confirmation and further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Original Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging or in packaging of equivalent quality. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please always include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage (both the packaging and the artwork) or defect. 

If your complaint is justified and the artwork needs to be returned due to defects or damages in transit, I'll cover the return costs. I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The item must always be sent back in the original packaging. Items sent back to me without our confirmation will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Shipping costs: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping in connection with the right of withdrawal, unless the product was defective or damaged during transport. 
  • Packaging: Proper packaging is crucial to prevent damage during return transit. I recommend that you use the original packaging that you received. Otherwise the inner packaging should be soft (e.g., foam, styrofoam, bubble wrap), while the outer packaging should be hard and durable (e.g., strong cardboard) to withstand impacts and stacking. If the item is damaged during return transport due to improper packaging, A Little Textured reserves the right to deduct the value lost or costs to repair from the refund. 
  • I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, especially for items valued over $75. Please keep proof of return shipment until we confirm receipt of the returned item.

4. Refund

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since I’ve approved your return, please contact me at alittletextured@gmail.com.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable for items returned in connection with your right to withdraw. The costs will be deducted from your refund. 
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, shows signs of use, or damages during return transit due to improper packaging, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

5. Sales Items

Sale items are final and non-refundable, unless they are damaged during transit or show defects. If you encounter any issues with a sale item, please contact me as soon as possible.

6. International Returns

For international returns, the same policies apply. However, please be aware that any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the buyer. In addition, the return process may take longer due to international shipping times.

7. Exchanges (if applicable)

I can only offer an exchange if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to request an exchange, please send me an email at alittletextured@gmail.com.
